Here’s a piece of hot news that’s circulating around the Internet. It started with a former Dell kiosk manager providing some insider tips on buying from Dell’s online store, e.g. how tech support for small business is better than home or how you’ll end up with 3 different pricings for the same product depending on your entry page. This raised a red flag with Dell’s corporate office, whose legal counsel demanded that the article be taken down. After an exchange between the lawyers of both sides, Dell realized that they’d goofed and posted their side of the story instead.
